Well this is the first day of the new me. As of today I weigh in at 146 lbs and a size 9/10. My goal is to get down between 105 to 120 with a size 5/6.
I have always had a positive outlook on life so I don't need to change that much.
I plan on walking and being more app to get up earlier. Today I got up at 10am which is a big step before I always got up between noon and 2pm.
I want to do my make up everyday but it won't happen so every other day would be great. Also to get out of pj's and into regular clothes more often. We shall see how this all goes.
I also am going to cut down on Pepsi and drink more water (which I'm drinking water right now yay!) the down side to this transition is I will be way sleepy.
I will be cooking alot more, Don't worry I'll blog that and the recipes too :)
And I would like to thank all those that do follow this transition into the new me!
